Ecosystem-based fisheries management (EBFM)   Represents efforts to include ecosystem-based considerations in management practices and procedures for capture fisheries. Source: Reykjavik Conference on Responsible Fisheries in Marine Ecosystems, 1-4 October 2001. Comments: The term functioned as a conceptual framework at this conference. Eco-tourism   A complex term to define, the essence of which is: nature-based product, minimal-impact management, environmental education, contribution to conservation and contribution to communities. Source: Buckley, Ralf (2003). Cross references: Term «Geotourism». Comments: A variant form is 'ecotourism'. The term 'geotourism' would seem to be partly overlapping. URL.
