This survey was administered in the period June-September 2004. For the methodology and survey forms, see Section Methodology.
In connection with a presentation that was given at a seminar at the World Bank in September 2004 (presented in Section Activities), some of the data were analyzed in a preliminary way (the seminar presentation is available in Section Output, Page Documents).
