This Page contains documents prepared in connection with and by the project. The documents listed here are internal documents, and they are for this reason available here and not together with the other TFT documents in Section Output. Access to this Page is restricted to representatives of the Partners, members of the Task Team, and select members of the Advisory Committee.

The documents are organized in the following categories, which are adapted from the World Bank's project cycle:

Preparation

Note: For practical reasons, the preparation phase is considered to end in March 2004, before the April-May 2004 mission of Hans-Werner Wabnitz and Lars T. Soeftestad.
